Auditions are 5-10 minutes in length
Solo and groups (max. 5)
Youth under 16 must bring an adult

Following the audition, successful entertainers must obtain an annual license and ID ($25 for Collingwood residents and $50 for non), to perform at 5 downtown locations.  Valid until December 31, 2012
